National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) is conducted for admission in National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) and University of Mumbai. The examination was conducted at different centres in various cities on 28 May 2016. Now result / merit list preparation process is underway. To check the result of NEST 2016 exam, candidates have to follow the instructions given below.
No. of Seats: For the academic session 2016 batch, the total number of seats are 130+2. Two seats in each institution are reserved for candidates from the state of J&K.
Based on the performance in NEST 2016, a common Merit List of the candidates will be prepared and posted on NEST 2016 website on June 19, 2016. The successful candidates will be called for counselling and admission will be strictly according to the Merit List until all the seats are filled. Separate merit list for different category candidates will be made available before counselling.
