India Post Delhi Circle will conduct a written examination for recruitment of 740 posts of Postman and Mail Guard. The written test is going to be conducted. Earlier Delhi Post Office (DPO) had invited applications for these posts from 03 November and the last date to apply was 03 December 2014. Delhi Postal Exam Date : 21 December, 2014 Morning
Delhi Postal Circle Postman / Mail Guard Admit Card release date - to be available from 13.12.2014.
Candidates can download the admit card for DPO exam from the official website which is available at direct link below. No Admit Card or Hall Ticket will be sent to candidates by post. It is available for download at Delhi postal website.

DPO Postman Exam Scheme - As far as the written test exam pattern is concerned, it will be an objective type examination carrying 100 marks for 100 questions. Time allowed will be 2 hours.There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

Qualifying marks - General Category - 40% marks i.e minimum 10 marks in each part and 40 % in aggregate.
OBC - 37% marks i.e minimum 9 marks in each part and 37% in aggregate.
SC/ ST - 33% marks i.e minimum 8 marks in each part and 33% in aggregate.

Merit List- A common merit list for the whole Delhi Circle shall be prepared in respect of all categories of post put together. Candidates will be allotted to the posts and the divisions as per their preference based on their position in the merit list and availability of vacancies.

How to download DPO Postman Admit Card 2015 - To download hall tickets, candidates need to visit the direct link(s) given above. There they need to click on the related link for admit card. On the next page, they need to enter their registration number and password / date of birth and submit.
Their Delhi Post Admit card will be displayed by the website. Candidate need to take a print of it and bring it at the time of examination. All details like Exam date, Centre, roll number etc. will be mentioned on the admit card. Aspirants need to carefully read the instruction given on it and follow them accordingly.
