JEE Main result 2018 - Check JEE Main 2018 Score card / Marks & Rank - Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2018 had been conducted on 08, 15, 16 April, 2018. The exam was carried out via both online and offline (pen & paper) modes. CBSE had organized this exam this time in place of AIEEE & IIT. Result date: 30 May 2018.
JEE Main Score card 2018: The score of Paper-I & II of JEE (Main) – 2018 for all candidates will be declared by 30th April 2018. This score shall comprise the actual marks obtained in Paper-I & II of JEE (Main) – 2018 along with the status of those who qualify for appearing in JEE (Advanced) provided and subject to other conditions of eligibility being met.
JEE Main Result / Rank 2018: Separately, on the basis of scores and normalised score in Class 12th or equivalent qualifying exam (60% & 40% weightage respectively), separate rank lists will be prepared for admission to B.E./B. Tech. and B. Arch/ B. Planning (in institutions other than IITs). JEE (Main)-2018 Rank Card indicating All India Rank, State Rank and Category Rank with total marks and marks in each paper will be available on website after the declaration of result.

Only the All India Rank (AIR) is used for admissions through Central Seat Allocation Board to NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/SFIs/Others, while other ranks are for information purposes.
No score/rank card will be dispatched to the candidates and the candidates are advised to download their score/rank cards from the JEE (Main) website http://jeemain.nic.in only.

Rank Tie Case: In case of a tie, i.e. when two or more candidates obtain equal marks (by giving 60% weightage to performance in JEE (Main) and 40% weightage to normalised marks in Class 12th or equivalent qualifying examination), inter-se merit of such candidates shall be decided as per the information provided in the advt.

Tech.) of JEE (Main) was conducted in two separate modes .Offline (Pen and Paper Based Examination) mode and Online (Computer Based Examination) mode. The Paper-2 (B. Arch./B. Planning.) of JEE (Main) was conducted only in Pen and Paper based examination mode. A candidate will opt for either Pen and Paper Based or Computer Based examination modes for Paper-1 (B. E./B. Tech.) only.
