The Calcutta High Court had directed the WB Govt to publish the result of WB TET immediately. Now the results had been announced on 14.09.2016 at 01:00 pm.

WBTET or West Bangal Teacher Eligibility Test was conducted on 16 & 30 Aug & October for Upper Primary level as per schedule. WB TET 2015 result is now under preparation.
Teacher Eligibility Test is required to be qualified by applicants in order to be eligible for being appointed on the teacher posts. Department of School Education (Govt. of West Bengal) had designated West Bengal Central School Service Commission to conduct Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2015. The test was carried out at various centres in the West Bangal. Those who qualify this test will become eligible for teacher posts in the state.
About WB TET 2015 Exam:
All questions in WBTET test was 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark, with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct. There will be no negative marking. The test will be of 150 marks for 150 questions and time allowed is 1 hour 30 minutes.

Applicability of WBTET:
i) TET-2015 , (Upper Primary Level)shall apply to Schools managed by The
Government of West Bengal/Local bodies and aided/ sponsored schools in West Bengal.
ii) TET-2015 , (Upper Primary Level) may also apply to other schools or equivalent educational institutions, if such schools/educational institutions opt for
