Here are the dates of TSLAWCET & TSPGLCET-2017

You are informed that TS LAWCET & PGLCET hall ticket / admit card is available at http://lawcet.tsche.ac.in from 18 May 2017.

About TSLAWCET & TSPGLCET 2017:

A Common Entrance Test, designated as Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test-2017 (TSLAWCET-2017) and Telangana State PG Law Common Entrance Test - 2017 (TSPGLCET-2017) will be conducted by the Convener, Kakatiya University,Warangal on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). The test is held for admission into 3Year / 5Year LL.B Regular Courses and LL.M. Courses in the Colleges of Law in Telangana for the academic year 2017-18.

Qualifying marks for TSLAWCET: 35% (i.e. 42 marks out of total 120 marks)
There will be no minimum qualifying mark for S.Cs & S.Ts for ranking.

Hall tickets will not be sent by post. The candidates have to download the TSLawCET Hall Ticket / TSPGLCET Hall ticket from the website www.lawcet.tsche.ac.in one week before the Test by entering his/her details.

About TSLAWCET 2017:

The question paper will be set both in English and Telugu. The Test is designed to evaluate the candidate’s ability and aptitude to pursue the study of Law. There will be three parts in the test. There will be 120 questions carrying 90 minutes duration. Maximum marks are 120.

  • Part – A : General Knowledge and Mental Ability: 30 questions - 30 marks.
  • Part – B : Current Affairs: 30 questions - 30 marks
  • Part – C: Aptitude for the Study of Law: 60 questions - 60 marks.

There is no negative marking for wrong answers. For 5 year Law Course, the standard expected is of Intermediate level and for 3 year Law Course, the standard expected is of Degree Level.

The questions in Aptitude (Part C), elementary knowledge of the basic principles of the Law and Constitution of India on the Part of the Student is assumed.
Objective type questions are asked. Four choices are given for each question.Candidates have to exercise their choice in answering the question.

About TSPGLCET 2017:

This test is conducted for all the courses of LL.M.  It has 120 questions of 1 mark each. Time given is 1 hour 30 minutes.
There will be two parts in paper. Part-A consists of 40 questions; and Part -B consists of 80 questions of 1 mark each. No negative marking in TSPGLCET.

Hall ticket is required to appear for TSLAWCET and TSPGLCET 2017. You can get it from below link from 18 May 2017 onwords.
