HTET Exam is to be conducted on 23 & 24 December 2017. Admit cards are released on 15 December 2017. 

HTET Admit Card is mandatory for all candidates who want to appear for the test. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall without it.

HTET Qualifying Marks:

  • For all Categories except SC/ST/PWD: 60% (90 Marks) 
  • For Scheduled Castes and Differently abled/Physically Challenged of Haryana Domicile: 55% (83 Marks) 
  • For Scheduled Castes and Differently abled/Physically Challenged of Other State: 60% (90 Marks).

Candidates have to download their admit card of HTET from the direct link provided below and print it and bring at the centre at the time of exam. In case of any discrepancy in particulars or any related problem, candidates can contact by using contact details on official site for resolving it.

How to download HTET Admit Card

Here is the simple procedure to download the admit card.
1. Candidates should visit the direct link given below. The direct link will take you to download page.
2. On that page, they need to enter their registration number and password and date of birth etc. and click on submit.
Their HTET Admit Card / hall ticket will be displayed by the website. Candidates should check their exam centre, roll number, photo, time of test etc. details and take a print of it. They will have to bring it at the time of exam at the centre mentioned in it.

Important points:
  • The Examination will be conducted in two modes. Computer Based Test (CBT) & Conventional Type (Pen-Paper Based). It will be of 150 marks and there is no negative marking.
  • All questions except those concerning language subjects, will be bilingual i.e. Hindi and English.
  • Validity Period of HTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be five years from the date of issue of qualifying certificate.
  • There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring HTET Certificate.
  • Candidates who have qualified STET/ HTET can improve their performance in it. 
  • Admit cards will not be sent by post. Candidates have to download them from official website at direct link given above.
  • After taking print out of HTET Roll No./Admit Card, go through the particulars etc. and if any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate, the candidate should immediately contact the Special Examination Branch of the Board.
  • The exact place and name of the centre for the test shall be mentioned in them.
  • Such eligible candidate who does not find his/her Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test admit card on the Board’s website ( may contact personally the “Special Examination Branch” of the Board’s office at Bhiwani for this purpose at least one day prior to the date of examination during usual office hours i.e. 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. He/She would be required to bring with him/her adequate proofs i.e. Photostat copy of Computer Generated Application form (“Confirmation Page”), a copy of payment challan in support of having deposited examination fee and an attested copy of certificate of having qualified Secondary (Xth Class) examination, two copies of photograph as uploaded on the Application Form.
